What is ShopShip? In one breath...
You choose things to buy from the UK, tell us about them, pay us in Malaysian Ringgits, we buy them for you, receive them at our UK premises, pack them up nicely and send them to you in Malaysia for the cheapest shipping rates possible via express 3-day courier and all without any service charges whatsoever.

ShopShip Order Steps
Step 1:
Download our Order Form.
Step 2:
Browse the thousands of UK online retailers available. Some of our favorites are listed here.
Step 3:
Fill in the Order Form with as much detail as possible. An example of a completed Order Form is available here.
Please refer to this page for more information on Shipping and Payment Options while filling up the Order Form.
Step 4:
Send the completed Order Form to amanda@shopship.co.uk.
We will confirm receipt of your Order Form as soon as possible (usually within a couple of hours) and email you an Invoice for your items only plus a £10.00 shipping deposit.
Step 5:
Follow the payment instructions on the Invoice. Your order will be processed immediately and you will receive status updates every step of the way.
Step 6:
Once all your items have been received by us, we will notify you with a second Invoice for shipping. Once payment has been made for shipping, we will send your items out by express courier. You will also receive a tracking number for your reference.
Before you know it, your items will be at your doorstep!

Payment Methods
At ShopShip, we like working with transparency, bringing you the best service for the lowest price possible.
This is a bank-to-bank money transfer within Malaysia. All leading banks now offer online banking and MEPS Interbank GIRO is a tool that allows seamless money transfers across Malaysian bank accounts. If you choose this payment method, the money will usually be available to us within two working days.
Credit Cards (PayPal)
PayPal is well known internationally for fast, secure online payments using credit cards or PayPal credits. ShopShip is proud to offer this world-class payment option to you. When you make a payment through PayPal, we receive your money almost immediately, resulting in quicker order processing and ultimately a faster delivery to your doorstep.
You do not need to be registered for a PayPal account to make a payment via credit card.
PayPal payments incur a nominal 7.5% Credit Card Surcharge.
For example, if you buy two shirts and a belt from Next:

Shipping Charge £30.00
Total £109.00 + £8.18 (7.5% credit card surcharge)
Shipping Details
For your peace of mind and in order to ensure the highest level of service to you, we only ship via renowned international express couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS and similar. Due to the volume we deal with everyday, we are able to give our customers the best prices possible - one of our top priorities.
Once we receive your instruction to ship your purchases, we will provide you with tracking instructions and details. With this you will know exactly when to expect your parcel, which is very convenient!
Shipping Timelines
On average, it takes 3 days for your items to reach us at ShopShip from the retailers.
It will then take 1 day for us to weigh, pack and quote you for your shipment.
Once you let us know that you'd like your things shipped, it will usually reach you within 3 working days.
