Payments will be made in GBP (£), when using PayPal and credit cards.
Payments will be made in MYR (RM), when using bank transfer within Malaysia. The exchange rate will be reflected on the invoice, which will be emailed to you.
All fragile items will be sent via Express or SuperSaverBox 25 only. We will not be held responsible for any damages upon receipt of the items although we adhere to very strict and professional wrapping and packing practices.
ShopShip is responsible for your items only for the time span between when we receive them from the vendor and when we pass them on to the shipping company that will deliver your items to you. We have no responsibility for your items before they reach us or after they have left us.
Children’s’ toys with a weight of more than 2kg will be sent via Express shipping only.
All orders are subject to checking by Customs, which may delay the delivery of your order.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and fragility. The final decision will be made at our discretion. We are not in the business of sending, for example, a dinnerware set by the cheapest possible means and then having you receive it in broken pieces.
Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
Once an order has been placed with a vendor we are unable to make any amendments or additions to the order. If you wish, you can make another order from the vendor and we will ship your items together. This, however, may lead to you incurring storage charges if your first delivery of items from the vendor is stored on our premises for five days or more.
Note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. ShopShip will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Items received from the vendors will be opened and checked by ShopShip in order to ensure that they are as described on the order form. This is a must to make sure that you receive the right items. If the vendor dispatched the wrong items, ShopShip will then make arrangements to receive the correct items as soon as possible. We will keep you informed at all times.
Anything that was not listed on the order form will not be forwarded to you. As such, it is very important that you list everything you have ordered on the order form. There are no exceptions to this clause.
You may pay by a whole range of credit and debit cards through PayPal. Please ensure you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and the billing address as it appears on the card statement. Payment will be taken in GBP (£) and if applicable your card will be charged according to the exchange rate as defined by PayPal at that time.

ShopShip specializes in international shipping. We will do our very best to ensure your items get sent in the best packaging and timeframe for the lowest price possible.
There are size and weight limitations imposed on what we can send to you. Upon receiving your Order Form, we will determine if the items listed are suitable for international shipping. In most cases, they are!
In general, ShopShip will package your items appropriately once received at our premises. After which, we will quote you based on your shipping preference indicated on the Order Form.
International shipping quotes are based upon two factors; the weight of the package or the cubic volume of the package, whichever is higher. ShopShip has chosen the best box sizes to correspond with their respective weights, giving you the best value for your money.
As a commitment to serve you better, we are open to catering for specialized shipment weights and sizes. The sky is the limit; we can arrange a 40 foot container for you if needed! All you have to do is get in touch.
We have shipped many items from the UK to the rest of the world and know which services are best and reliable. You can count on us to select the perfect solution for your purchases.
Import Duties, Taxes & Insurance
Some countries have high import taxes. All contents of ShopShip items will be declared accurately; there is no way around this. Please make sure that your purchases can be legally imported into your country.
We are, however, flexible on the value you might want to declare on your items.
Import taxes are usually based on your declared value. The
problem is, your shipping insurance is also based on this value. For example,
if you have a pair of £200.00 shoes, and you decided
to declare the full price, you may be taxed at that value. However, on the
bright side, if your shoes get lost or damaged in shipment, you can be
compensated at that value too.
ShopShip cannot decide what value to put on your items. You have to decide this for yourself and fill in it on the Order Form.
However, be assured that we choose the best
shipping services in the world like FedEx, DHL, TNT and more. Out of all our
packages delivered over the years, none have arrived at their destination
damaged. We can guarantee that we will package your items very well but we can’t be responsible for your items once they have been passed to the
shipping companies.
Please consider declaring the
value of your items carefully.
In some cases, packages get
held up at customs and they require a proof of purchase. ShopShip can generate
a PDF file with that will match the declaration made on the shipment contents
and value. This document will be emailed to you upon request for presentation
to customs. However, this is a very unlikely scenario.
